Nice location, a metro station was minute walk from the hotel. The room I booked was nice bathroom could do with updated and available with shower, comfortable beds. The staff were genuinely helpful and wonderfully helpful.

Truly exceptional and perfectly clean place, very pleasant staff. Good and absolutely perfect location really close to bars and restaurants and Newcastle city centre, bars, restaurants and a quite area, outstanding food. Also, in popular main bar street. Very quick check-in and excellent service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

What a great location with a nearby bus stop, the staff are friendly and helpful, they offer wake-up calls and ironing services, and the breakfast includes delicious thick baked beans.

A little outside, but close to shops and restaurants. Bus to the city. This is a very cheap hotel and offers a lot for money. The same goes for the restaurant. We ate well and cheap. The breakfast (buffet) (included in the price) was excellent. The staff super friendly.
